Job summary

You will coordinate with On-Site Representatives, Documentation, and Customer Service to resolve discrepancies and keep POD records up to date. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in similar roles, basic office software skills, and a collaborative, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Encode, validate, and process PODs.
• Send updates on POD status.
• Coordinate with On-Site Representatives on PODs.
• Monitor timely submission of PODs.
• Coordinate with Documentation and Customer Service on problematic PODs.
• Update Zealit for reefer and ISO tank transactions.
