You will support service personnel with budget alignment, verify overtime, respond to client inquiries, and coordinate with the Technical Service team to balance workloads and ensure timely follow-ups. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Automation basics training (Power BI for reporting).
• At least 2 years in project coordination or operations support.
• Proficiency with Gantt chart tools and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and aligning budget requests for service personnel.
• Verify and report overtime claims.
• Respond to client inquiries professionally and coordinate follow-ups.
• Plan tasks and allocate resources across active projects (5–7).
• Prepare and update Gantt charts, work plans, and timelines.
• Maintain clear communication with support teams and improve scheduling practices.
