Job summary

Bureau Veritas Philippines is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Management Officer to support the successful planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of renewable energy projects.

The PMO will ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with client requirements and company standards. Ideal candidates have experience in Solar PV, Wind, and BESS with strong scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, PM, Business Admin, Construction Management or related field.
• PM certifications (PMP/CAPM/PRINCE2 or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Minimum 5–8 years in PMO, project coordination, controls, or admin roles.
• Experience in renewable energy, power, engineering consultancy or technical services.
• Exposure to Solar PV, Wind, BESS, Power Generation and related services.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and monitoring of renewable energy projects.
• Coordinate activities, resources, timelines, and deliverables across projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, trackers, and milestone reports.
• Prepare status reports and monitor KPIs, budgets, and resources.
• Document meeting minutes and ensure proper action closure and governance.
