Job summary

Emerson in Mandaluyong City, Philippines is seeking a Specialist II - Order Management to join a high-performing, customer-focused team. You will provide order status, pricing, delivery, and parts information to help Emerson partners and end customers.

You will receive, enter, and process orders in the Business System, respond to inquiries, coordinate with factory personnel and Inside Sales, notify customers of delivery dates, and update records to support accurate reporting and ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
• At least 3years of experience related to documentation management, data entry and/or data administration support or function
• Knowledge of MS Office Applications like MS Outlook and Excel
• Applicable business processes & System tools – (ORACLE, FileNet, eDocs, SharePoint)
• General understanding of the quote-to-cash process
