Job summary

Prime Infra is seeking a highly experienced PMO Lead Planning, Scheduling & Risk Manager to oversee planning, scheduling and project risk for major infrastructure programs in the Philippines. You will lead Integrated Master Schedules and governance across Owner's Team, Owner's Engineer and EPC Contractors.

This leadership role requires hands-on expertise in Primavera P6, risk workshops, Schedule Risk Analysis and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Formal PM qualification or recognised postgraduate studies.
• PMP – Mandatory or PMI-SP / PSP – Mandatory.
• Minimum 15 years in Planning, Scheduling or Project Controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling across multiple major infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules.
• Establish planning standards, WBS, calendars, milestones, progress rules and reporting requirements.
• Provide technical leadership to planning teams and oversee planning activities by EPC Contractors.
• Lead Project Risk Management, maintain risk registers and run risk workshops.
• Prepare executive risk reports and PMO governance.
