Job summary

Primeinfra is seeking a Project Controls Coordinator to support the PMO across schedule, progress, cost, risk, and reporting for large-scale engineering and construction initiatives in the Philippines.

You will consolidate data from engineering, procurement, construction, and contractors, maintain dashboards, and help identify delays and mitigation actions in a collaborative, multi-discipline environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years experience in project controls, coordination, planning, scheduling, or PMO.
• Experience on large-scale engineering/construction/infrastructure/energy projects preferred.
• Experience in PMO or Project Controls environment desirable.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI or similar tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collection, consolidation, and validation of project controls information from project teams and contractors.
• Maintain project controls trackers, dashboards, registers, and reporting databases.
• Monitor project performance against schedules, milestones, and targets.
• Coordinate with discipline teams for timely submission of controls data and updates.
• Follow up on outstanding information, deliverables, and actions for PMO reporting.
• Support PMO in maintaining consistent controls processes and reporting standards.
• Develop, update, and monitor project schedules with Planning/Scheduling team.
• Track actual progress and identify areas of slippage.
• Consolidate progress updates from all workstreams and prepare progress reports.
• Identify schedule risks and mitigation needs; support recovery actions.
