Job summary

Prime Infra is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Coordinator to support the PMO in monitoring project performance across schedule, cost, risk, and reporting. You will consolidate data from engineering, procurement, construction, and contractors to enable timely decisions.

Responsibilities include maintaining dashboards, tracking progress, escalating risks, and ensuring data accuracy across multiple workstreams. A strong PMO/controls background is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in project controls, coordination, planning, scheduling, PMO functions (10+ years).
• Experience in large-scale engineering/construction/infrastructure projects is preferred.
• PMO/Project Controls environment experience is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of planning, scheduling, progress measurement, reporting, risk, and project performance monitoring.
• Experience coordinating across multidisciplinary project teams and contractors.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Power BI or equivalent tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collection, consolidation, and validation of project controls information from project teams and contractors.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, registers, and reporting databases.
• Monitor performance against schedules, milestones, and targets.
• Support development and monitoring of schedules with Planning team.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and action trackers.
• Support risk and issue tracking and escalation to PMO.
