Job summary

SM Engineering Design and Development Corp. seeks a seasoned PMO leader to establish standards, governance, and KPIs across divisions. You will oversee mall project portfolios, align them with strategy, and optimize resources and risk management while reporting to senior leadership.

You will lead Senior PMO Managers and Officers, providing mentorship and performance management to build a high-performing team and ensure accountability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in construction planning/scheduling with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles.
• PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture; MBA is advantageous.

Job description

Establish and enforce PMO standards, methodologies, KPIs, and governance frameworks to ensure project delivery excellence across all EDD divisions.

Oversee the consolidated portfolio of mall projects, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, resource optimization, and risk mitigation.

Executive Reporting

Provide timely, accurate, and strategic updates to senior leadership and stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and corrective actions, while ensuring a single source of truth through consistent, consolidated reporting from different stakeholders.

Leadership & Development

Lead Senior PMO Managers and Officers, providing direction, mentorship, and performance management to build a high-performing, future-ready team.

Stakeholder Engagement

Act as the executive liaison with internal divisions, affiliates, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of project objectives.

Resource & Budget Governance

Oversee resource allocation and budget monitoring, ensuring compliance with financial controls and maximizing efficiency in project delivery.

Drive innovation in project management practices, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency, transparency, and accountability.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture is preferred. MBA or advanced business degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 15 years in construction planning/scheduling, with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
