Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a key PMO-focused professional to run day-to-day PMO operations and execute the PMO strategy. The role supports the program delivery manager in governance, status tracking, and proactive meeting preparation.

Ideal candidates will have strong PMO experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work with senior stakeholders across geographies. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and solid MS Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Strong project management skills and PMO experience.
• Intermediate MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage risks.
• Experience with governance, change control, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support program delivery manager in running program governance.
• Maintain overall status of workstreams and analytics/reports.
• Prepare key meetings and discussions proactively.
• Manage risks and issues with timely escalations.
• Coordinate across workstreams for insights and inputs.
• Track end-to-end change control processes.
• Ensure adherence to change control, risk tolerance, and cost thresholds.

Job description

A key Project role which requires the candidate to have experience in running the day-to-day operations of a PMO and can execute on the PMO strategy that we have stood up

Program reporting & cadence

• Support program delivery manager in running program governance
• Maintains overall status of workstreams and maintains analytics and reports
• Prepares key meetings and discussions proactively
• Risk and Issue management, timely escalations of Risks & Issues
• Cross workstream coordination to provide meaningful insights and inputs to Delivery manager
• Track change control process end to end
• Overall adherence to defined initiative change control process, and risk tolerance / cost thresholds
• Preferred knowledge on tool
• sPortfolio reporting tools, Office 365 (Microsoft Teams/ SharePoint Online), Microsoft Project, MS Exce
