Automated Technologies (ATI) Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to drive governance across multiple initiatives in the Philippines. This role emphasizes strong leadership and cross-functional coordination to align with organizational objectives.

You will oversee IT PMO practices, manage resources, and guide stakeholders. A PMP certification is required, along with solid governance and risk management skills.

Qualifications

• Candidates must demonstrate proven leadership across multiple IT projects.
• Extensive IT PMO experience with exposure to IT products and delivery.
• PMP certification is required (PRINCE2 also acceptable).
• Strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with software development processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall project governance across multiple initiatives.

Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide overall project governance across multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives

• Manage project resources effectively, including allocation, utilization, and tracking

• Oversee risk and issue management, ensuring timely identification, escalation, and resolution

• Deliver periodic project status reports to stakeholders and leadership

• Guide and mentor Project Managers and Coordinators, fostering professional growth and consistent delivery standards

• Personally lead and manage key strategic projects to ensure successful outcomes
  

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to lead and manage cross‑functional teams

• Extensive IT PMO experience, particularly with exposure to IT products and project delivery

• Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) — required

• Solid background in IT project governance, risk management, and stakeholder coordination

• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to drive strategic initiatives

• Advantageous but not required: software knowledge and familiarity with system development processes

• Must have a PMP Certification
