Job summary

RGP Philippines is seeking an experienced PMO Data Analytics & Governance Analyst to support the Global Business Services restructuring initiative. You will transform complex project, resource, milestone, and financial data into actionable insights using Smartsheet and BI tools for executive decision-making.

Responsibilities include governance, dashboard development, data quality, and proactive analytics to enable timely reporting and risk management across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or transformation support roles.
• Smartsheet experience, including dashboard creation, reporting, automation, and portfolio reporting.
• Strong analytical and financial reporting capabilities.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Ability to synthesize complex datasets into executive-level insights and recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to ensure data quality and reporting accuracy.

Responsibilities

• PMO Governance & Program Support: maintain Smartsheet as the primary PMO reporting platform and coordinate governance artifacts.
• Smartsheet Administration & Reporting: develop dashboards, reports, workflows, and data repositories; ensure data quality.
• Data Analytics & Decision Support: produce executive dashboards and KPI scorecards; perform trend and root-cause analyses.
• Financial Analytics & Program Controls: track spend, support budgeting/forecasting, produce financial reporting packs.
• Resource Analytics & Capacity Planning: monitor resource allocation; build capacity dashboards and forecasts.
• Executive Reporting & Business Intelligence: produce executive reports; create dashboards using Smartsheet, Excel, Power BI; support leadership materials.
