Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or performance reporting roles.
• Experience supporting project delivery, professional services, or customer success.
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards for APAC project delivery.
• Track KPIs across project execution and customer success.
• Provide regional performance insights, trend analysis, and early-warning indicators.

Skills

Advanced expertise in Power BI

Strong analytical and problem-solving capability

Experience in business intelligence and analytics

Familiarity with project management platforms

Capacity to communicate insights clearly
