Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a PMO Coordinator to support project delivery across planning, execution, and close-out. This on-site role is based in Eastwood, Quezon City, with day shifts.

You will coordinate inputs from Design, RF, Property, Planning, QA, Finance, and other support teams; maintain action logs and dashboards; and ensure accurate status updates for the Project Manager. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, or related roles.
• Experience tracking purchase orders, variations, and commercial readiness is a plus.
• Strong documentation and quality control skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers and internal stakeholders on routine project matters.
• Maintain trackers, registers, dashboards, systems, and project documentation.
• Identify risks, blockers, and data inconsistencies and escalate as needed.
• Support invoicing, budget tracking, and compliance documentation.
• Prepare handover documentation and ensure audit-ready records.
