Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to support project delivery onsite at Eastwood, Quezon City. You will coordinate inputs, track actions, and manage documentation across multiple teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 4–7 years in project coordination or PMO and strong communication skills. Onsite work with a collaborative culture and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in project coordination or PMO roles.
• Experience supporting infrastructure, construction, or technical projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to track approvals, variations, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project inputs across Design, RF, Planning, QA, and Finance.
• Maintain action logs, trackers, and status updates.
• Convert meeting discussions into actionable project updates with owners and due dates.
• Update dashboards and documentation across Site Tracker, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Support commercial documentation, POs, and project financials.
• Prepare handover documentation and ensure QA readiness.
• Follow up on risks, blockers, and overdue milestones.
• Escalate issues to the Project Manager when needed.
• Assist in internal reporting and risk management.
