Job summary

MediCard Phils., Inc. is seeking a proactive Project Associate to support project and program teams, manage schedules, and maintain cross-project calendars. You will assist the Governance Manager to ensure PMO standards and reporting requirements are met.

In this hands-on role, you will coordinate timelines, track progress, organize meetings, prepare minutes, and help with governance reports and documentation reviews to support PMO and non-PMO standards.

Qualifications

• Coordinate schedules across multiple projects and programs.
• Maintain trackers and status reports to show progress.
• Assist governance activities and ensure compliance with PMO standards.
• Use PM tools (SharePoint, Monday.com, Excel) to organize data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules and timelines across cross-project activities.
• Support project tracking and documentation to ensure visibility of progress.
• Facilitate governance activities, prepare minutes, and follow up on actions.
• Maintain project tools and repositories in PMO systems (SharePoint, Monday.com, Excel).
• Participate in ad hoc PMO initiatives and process improvements.
