The PMO Finance Consultant will oversee budget planning, spend governance, and reporting across the project portfolio to enable sound investment decisions. The role requires close collaboration with Finance to enforce controls, consolidate budgets, and provide reliable dashboards for Management Committee and PMO.

Qualifications

• Experience in budget planning for PMO-led projects.
• Consolidation of annual and quarterly budgets.
• Produce monthly/quarterly spend reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate with Finance on budget controls and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate annual and quarterly budgets for PMO-led projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Track actuals vs. budget, flag variances and enforce governance.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly spend reports, forecasts and executive summaries.
• Coordinate with Finance on capex/opex treatment and reporting timelines.
• Review PRs, contracts, invoices and change requests for proper governance.
• Provide financial insights to support project prioritization and cost optimization.
