Job summary

IT Managers Inc. seeks a detail-oriented PMO/Project Coordinator to monitor timelines, prepare reports, and support governance. You will track risks, issues, actions, and dependencies, coordinating with project managers and stakeholders to keep initiatives on track.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in PMO or related roles, a BA/BS in IT, Business, or Management, and strong proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint, plus Agile or Waterfall knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Management, or a related field.
• Experience in monitoring, reporting, and documentation.
• Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other project management tools.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Experience in risk, issue, action-item, and stakeholder management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and overall project status.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, presentations, and status updates.
• Track project risks, issues, action items, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and trackers.
• Support project governance, PMO processes, and compliance requirements.
• Assist in budget, resource, and project performance tracking.
• Identify project delays or concerns and escalaté them appropriately.
• Support meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and action-item tracking.
