Admin 24 Seven is seeking a PM Trust Account Virtual Assistant to support our Australian and New Zealand real estate clients from the Philippines. You will handle client trust accounts, prepare financial reports, and process transactions accurately to enable property managers to focus on their clients.

In this role you will maintain orderly records, perform daily reconciliations, and deliver reliable financial information with excellent service.

Qualifications

• Accounting degree or similar qualification.
• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or trust accounts.
• Proficient in MS Excel and financial software.
• Analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post receipts, purchase orders, invoices, refunds, and other bookkeeping tasks.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable including council rates, water rates, strata levies, and similar transactions.
• Prepare accurate financial and trust account reports.
• Monitor daily transactions and ensure compliance with property management requirements.
• Perform daily accounting and trust account reconciliations.
• Update and maintain organised databases and digital records.
• Track discrepancies and assist in resolving account issues.
• Support property managers by providing timely and reliable financial information.
• Communicate professionally with clients and provide excellent customer service.
