• 1 to 3 years of trust accounting experience for an Australian Real Estate.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Experience using Property Management Software preferably Property Me.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Great attention to detail.

• Ability to work to a daily planner and manage tasks.
• Ability to work within a team.

Responsibilities

• Daily Receipting and daily bank reconciliation tasks.
• Month end closing.
• Enter Bills for Owner and Enter Invoice for Tenant.
• Check and approve bills and manage payments.
• Disburse daily via BPay and EFT to suppliers/owners.
• Email actions and manage property tasks.
• Charge leasing and marketing fees and renewals.
• Generate reports as needed.
• Assist Property Managers with payments and statements.
• Provide analytical support to Trust Accounting and assist in audits.

Responsibilities

• Daily Receipting/Daily Bank Reconciliation – Rent payments, RTBA, Refund etc.
• Month End Closing
• Enter Bills – Owner
• Enter Invoice – Tenant
• Check/Approve Bills
• Daily BPay Disbursement – Payment Suppliers/Owners
• Daily EFT Disbursement – Payment Suppliers/Owners
• Email Actions/Property Me Task Management
• Charge Leasing Fees/Marketing Fees
• Charge Lease Renewals
• Generate Reports as Needed
• Assist Property Managers with payments, statements, and Trust issues
• Other Trust Accounting related tasks
• Provide Analytical Support to Property Management Team – Trust Accounting
• Assist in Audit
