Job summary

Manatal is seeking a Trust Accountant for a project-based role, handling daily receipting, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing for property-related trust accounts. You will manage owner and tenant invoicing, bill approvals, and regular disbursements while supporting property managers with payments and statements.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of trust accounting experience in Australian real estate, strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in Property Me and MS

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of trust accounting experience for an Australian Real Estate
• Experience in using Property Management Software preferably Property Me
• Proficient in MS Office
• Great attention to details
• Detail focused
• Excellent time management

Responsibilities

• Daily Receipting/Daily Bank Reconciliation – Rent payments, RTBA, Refund etc.
• Month End Closing
• Entering Bills – Owner
• Entering Invoice – Tenant
• Checking/Approval of Bills
• Daily BPay Disbursement – Payment Suppliers/Owners
• Daily EFT Disbursement – Payment Suppliers/Owners
• Email Actions/ Property Me Task Management
• To Charge Leasing Fees/Marketing Fees
• To Charge Lease Renewals
• Generates Report As Needed
• Assisting Property Managers – Regarding payments, statements, and or any Trust
• Accountant related task.
• Provides Analytical Support to Property Management Team – Trust Accounting
• Assist in Audit
