Job summary

UCT in Cebu invites applications for a Document Control Specialist I to join our team in Cebu. The role focuses on implementing and maintaining changes to the PLM system (Agile) and supporting the Document Control team.

You will review change requests for completeness, release documents in PLM/ERP, and provide data to monitor PLM effectiveness. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in DC/Engineering services within semiconductor or similar industries and skills in Agile PLM, MS Office, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

Technical or Associate Degree or experience equivalent in engineering discipline.
3-5 years’ experience in DC/Engineering services in a semiconductor or similar industry (Level 1-2).
Experience with Agile (PLM) and ERP systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Monitor day-to-day activities and ensure completion of assignments using established guidelines.
Process change orders such as CR, IR, PR, PB and ECO.
Process document change requests such as NOC, TCR, SCR, Deviation and ECR in Agile.
Transfer data from PLM to ERP and submit IT tickets if ERP transfer fails.
Maintain vendor supplier locked tables and monitor Agile setup and termination.
Provide training and ensure compliance with IP protection and safety training.
