Job summary

ULTRA CLEAN TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. in Cebu is seeking a Document Control Specialist I to implement and maintain changes to the PLM system (Agile) and support the DC team in an electronics manufacturing environment.

The role requires 3–5 years in DC/engineering services in semiconductor, a technical degree, and strong MS Office skills; you will work with multiple departments to ensure on-time delivery and quality while handling data transfers to ERP.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in document control or engineering services in semiconductor industry.
• Technical or Associates degree in engineering discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Agile PLM/ERP data flow and document handling.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with SharePoint and MasterControl is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day DC activities and ensure completion of assignments.
• Process change orders (CR, IR, PR, PB, ECO) in Agile.
• Process document change requests (NOC, TCR, SCR, Deviation & ECR) in Agile.
• Transfer data from PLM to ERP and submit IT tickets for ERP transfers.
• Maintain vendor supplier locked tables and system configurations.
• Provide data to monitor the effectiveness of the PLM system.
