Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Cebu is seeking a Document Control Specialist I to manage and implement changes to the PLM system (Agile) and support the document control team. You will release documents in PLM and ERP and notify users of implementations.

The role requires 3-5 years of DC/Engineering services experience in semiconductor or similar industry, an associates or technical degree, and strong MS Office, SharePoint, and PLM skills. Training and compliance are part of your duties.

Qualifications

3-5 years' experience in DC/Engineering services in a semiconductor or similar industry Level 1-2.

Responsibilities

Monitor day-to-day activities and ensure completion of assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies.
Process change orders such as CR, IR, PR, PB, and ECO.
Process document change requests such as NOC, TCR, SCR, Deviation & ECR in Agile.
Process transfer of data from PLM to ERP.
Submit IT tickets in the event of ERP transfer failure.
Maintain Vendor supplier locked tables as required.
Monitor and maintain Agile set-up and termination thru an HD ticket.
Receives predetermined work assignments from the Supervisor and/or Manager that are subject to control and review.
Complete required training such as Trade Control, IP protection, Safety, HR training.
Maintain current all qualifications including: Trade control compliance, Intellectual Property protection.
Occasional phone calls/emails with change originators to correct issues with change submissions.
Internal escalations to Supervisor upon recognition system failure to implement changes.
