Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology is seeking a Document Control Specialist I to support the PLM system (Agile) and ERP data flows in Cebu, Philippines. The role will manage change requests, review submissions, and release documents while coordinating with multiple departments to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

The candidate should have 3–5 years in DC/engineering services within a semiconductor setting, plus an engineering-leaning technical/associates degree.

Qualifications

• Technical or Associates Degree or experience equivalent in engineering discipline for level 1-2.
• 3-5 years’ experience in DC/Engineering services in a semiconductor or similar industry Level 1-2.
• Proficient in Agile PLM (PLM) system and ERP data transfer.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day activities and ensure completion of assignments using guidelines, procedures and policies.
• Process change orders such as CR, IR, PR, PB, and ECO.
• Process document change requests such as NOC, TCR, SCR, Deviation & ECR in Agile.
• Transfer data from PLM to ERP and submit IT tickets if ERP transfer fails.
• Maintain vendor supplier locked tables and Agile setup/termination through HD tickets.
