Job summary

Acquire Intelligence Philippines is a global outsourcer delivering contact center and back-office services for diverse clients. We seek a Success Engineer who will lead discovery sessions, translate requirements into technical specs, and guide configuration, automation, monitoring, and integration on the Salesforce platform and related tools.

You will deliver clear documentation, create implementation-ready outputs, and provide training and enablement to customers.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of technical work experience creating and documenting business use cases, specs, and requirements.
• Experience translating business requirements into written technical specifications.
• Knowledge of database design and platform configuration concepts for optimal customer design solutions.
• Background in integrated risk management, safety, healthcare, or a related platform-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Risk Management, or related field.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Effective listening, follow-up and time management to handle multiple priorities.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to understand current and desired business processes.
• Identify workflow needs, platform usage gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Guide clients in optimizing the application platform through workflow guidance and automation.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and design docs.
• Produce implementation-ready outputs and documentation across Salesforce and secondary platforms.
• Deliver customer training and remote/in-person enablement sessions.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Data Services, Analytics and other teams.
