Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking a Success Engineer to help customers optimize their use of a business application platform. You will lead discovery sessions, translate requirements into technical specs, and guide workflow, configuration, automation, monitoring, and integration opportunities.

You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver clear documentation and implementation-ready outputs.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of technical work experience creating and documenting business use cases, specifications, and requirements documentation.
• Experience translating business requirements into written technical specifications.
• Knowledge of database design and platform configuration concepts to support optimal customer design solutions.
• Background in integrated risk management, safety, healthcare, or a related platform-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply analysis tools, issue resolution techniques, and industry-relevant factors.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
• Strong active listening, follow-up, and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate work.
• Passion for delivering an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Discovery and Business Process Review: lead sessions to understand current and desired processes and identify gaps.
• Platform Guidance and Solution Design: provide workflow guidance, automation opportunities, and integration recommendations.
• Documentation and Implementation Support: produce design specs and configuration docs for implementation.
• Training and Customer Enablement: deliver custo mer training and provide status updates.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Product Development and Analytics to support outcomes.
