Job summary

ThirdEye Consulting in the Philippines is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to join our expanding delivery centre. You will design, implement and optimise Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ and Experience Cloud, while collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams.

You''ll work with Apex, LWC, and declarative tools, manage deployments with Copado or Gearset, and ensure quality through QA, UAT, and Jira tracking.

Qualifications

Delivered complex Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds within a consultancy environment.
Strong build skills with Salesforce Flow and declarative tooling for complex business challenges.
Hands-on Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) experience or aptitude to learn.
Analysed and debugged Salesforce orgs to identify root causes and resolve issues.
Proactively identified and mitigated risks with Technical Account Managers for service quality.
Investigated and leveraged third-party apps to extend Salesforce features.
Demonstrated solutions to diverse stakeholders and managers, with clear status updates.
Gained DevOps experience with Copado or Gearset for migrations across environments.
Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps for Agile delivery.
Unit-tested, peer-reviewed configurations/code and wrote clear test scripts.
Mentored junior team members and supported team growth.
Integration experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and nurture client relationships to maximise Salesforce & MuleSoft ROI.
Collaborate with clients and team to design and implement Salesforce solutions addressing business challenges.
Manage and optimise client Salesforce orgs, aligning with releases and best practices.
Configure and customise Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Experience Cloud.
Install and configure third-party applications to extend Salesforce functionality.
Contribute to discovery workshops; produce process maps, user stories, and functional specs.
Collaborate with business analysts, product owners and end-users to define requirements and acceptance criteria.
Present solutions and demos for Technical Account Managers.
Perform QA testing prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Utilise DevOps tools for deployments and to validate production releases.
Debug and resolve technical issues; prioritise Jira tickets with TACMs.
Conduct post-deployment testing to ensure release success.
Maintain accurate Jira updates for all tickets.
Pursue Salesforce certifications and growth opportunities in partnership with leadership.
