Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

Required

• 2+ years of experience creating requirements, business process documentation, and technical specifications.
• Experience working directly with clients and translating business requirements into system solutions.
• Understanding of Salesforce administration, platform configuration, workflows, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Risk Management, or a related field.

Preferred

• 2+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Experience in risk management, healthcare, safety, or other platform-driven environments.
• Experience delivering user training and implementation support.
