Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of manufacturing or plant management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and production software.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Willing to work onsite in Danao, Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, scheduling, and directing production processes to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Lead and develop production staff, including performance management and shift scheduling.
• Ensure safety, SOP compliance, and regulatory adherence on the production floor.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements to maximize productivity and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with maintenance to keep machinery functional and calibrated.
• Deliver regular production, quality, and budget reports to senior management.
