Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Five years of manufacturing experience in a food plant.
• At least three years in plant operations management in large companies.
• Knowledge of production software, ERP, and machinery.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Awareness of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with regulatory and quality standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work onsite in Danao, Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Plan and organize production schedules to optimize workflow.
• Lead, train, and supervise production personnel across shifts.
• Monitor employee performance and support development initiatives.
• Enforce safety standards, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to boost productivity.
• Work with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and readiness.
• Ensure machines are properly maintained and calibrated for optimal performance.
• Prepare and submit reports on production output, quality, and costs.
• Provide updates and insights to management to support decision-making.
