Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or Engineering.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years in plant operations management, preferably in multinational/local pharma or FMCG companies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and direct production processes to ensure on-time delivery and high quality.
• Hire, train, mentor, and supervise production staff; manage performance and shifts.
• Ensure safety, SOP compliance, and regulatory adherence (e.g., OSHA).
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure machinery is functional, calibrated, and well maintained.
• Deliver production reports, quality metrics, and budget updates to senior management.
