Job summary

Pinnacle Quality Foods Inc. in Cebu seeks a Production Supervisor to effectively plan, organize, lead, and control production operations in the assigned area to meet volume, quality, timeliness, and GMP standards.

You will drive process improvements, supervise staff, and ensure safety, sanitation, and reporting compliance. The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and at least 3 years in plant operations, with supervisory experience in a food manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering fields (Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical or Industrial)
• At least 3 years in plant operations, preferably in a Food Manufacturing industry
• At least 3 years supervisory experience in a food manufacturing plant
• Basic knowledge of food processing technology
• Experience in handling production seminars and training programs
• Must reside in or have relatives in Danao City, Cebu or nearby areas

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production operations based on forecasts and requirements
• Direct and control activities in assigned area for smooth production flow
• Ensure quality and safety standards for finished products and workplace
• Initiate process improvements, equipment upgrades, and innovations
• Verify accurate and timely production reports for management
• Collaborate with other operating units to support the section
