PHILMETAL PRODUCTS, inc. seeks a skilled Plant Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance and reliability at its Carmona, Cavite steel facility.

The role focuses on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the maintenance team and equipment. You will develop proactive maintenance strategies, lead technicians, analyse performance data, and collaborate with production to minimise downtime while managing budget and resources.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Plant Maintenance Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong technical background in industrial equipment, machinery, and maintenance best practices.
• Proven leadership ability with experience managing a team of maintenance professionals.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and equipment specifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, electricians, and mechanics in performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

About the Role

PHILMETAL PRODUCTS, inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Carmona, Cavite. This role plays a vital part in overseeing the maintenance and reliability of our state-of-the-art steel manufacturing facility, ensuring optimum performance, safety, and efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing
