Job summary

You will lead the maintenance team, coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective activities, and drive continuous improvement and safety adherence. The role requires a strong background in industrial equipment maintenance, 8-10 years of experience, and 3-5 years in a supervisory capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 8-10 years of relevant maintenance/engineering experience.
• 3-5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong experience in industrial equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Manufacturing/industrial experience is highly preferred.
