Qualifications

• 8+ years in plant maintenance management in manufacturing/steel industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

About the role

Grandspan Development Corporation is seeking an experienced Plant Maintenance Head to join our team in Binangonan Rizal. As the Plant Maintenance Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our state-of-the-art production facilities, ensuring maximum operational efficiency and equipment reliability. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting the company's growth and success.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime




• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of all preventives, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities




• Manage and coordinate a team of skilled maintenance technicians, electricians, and support staff




• Analyse maintenance data and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement




• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities




• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards




• Continuously seek ways to improve maintenance processes and implement cost-saving initiatives

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar plant maintenance management role, preferably in the manufacturing/structural steel industry.




• Heavy manufacturing industry experience is required for this position.




• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field




• Strong understanding of maintenance best practices, including predictive and preventive maintenance techniques




• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of maintenance professionals




• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex maintenance issues




• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
