Servicio Filipino, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance activities, assign tasks to technicians, and implement preventive and corrective programs for plant equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily maintenance activities and assign tasks to maintenance technicians and personnel.
Implement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs for plant equipment and facilities.
Conduct regular inspections of machinery, equipment, electrical systems, mechanical systems, and utilities.
Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and coordinate immediate repairs to minimize plant downtime.
Monitor the condition and performance of critical plant equipment.
Prepare and maintain maintenance schedules, work orders, inspection reports, and maintenance records.
Coordinate with Plant Operations regarding equipment shutdowns, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Ensure proper use, maintenance, and availability of tools, spare parts, and maintenance materials.
Coordinate with contractors and external service providers for specialized maintenance activities.
Ensure all maintenance work is performed in accordance with safety procedures, company standards, and applicable regulations.
Participate in plant safety inspections, risk assessments, and emergency response activities.
Monitor maintenance costs and assist in controlling the department's maintenance budget.
Identify recurring equipment problems and recommend improvements to increase equipment reliability and efficiency.
Lead and coach maintenance personnel to improve technical skills, productivity, and safety awareness.
Prepare maintenance reports and provide updates to the Plant Manager or Engineering/Maintenance Manager.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to plant reliability, equipment efficiency, and operational safety.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in plant maintenance, preferably in manufacturing, LPG, oil and gas, chemical, or other industrial environments.
Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and utility systems.
Knowledge of occupational safety, maintenance procedures, and industrial safety standards.
Good leadership, troubleshooting, planning, and problem-solving skills.
