Job summary

You will lead maintenance teams, develop preventive maintenance programs, troubleshoot boilers, conveyors, HVAC, manage inventories, and coordinate with contractors to optimize reliability and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

They lead technical teams in executing preventive maintenance (PM) programs, troubleshooting equipment failures (boilers, conveyors, HVAC), managing inventory, and overseeing contractor work.

Job Qualifications

They oversee equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and team management to ensure efficient operations.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• Licensure: Registered Professional Engineer (e.g., Registered Mechanical Engineer) is often required.
• Experience: 3–5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing, production-intensive, or facilities management environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in preventive maintenance systems, troubleshooting equipment, reading technical manuals, and managing utility systems (power, water, compressed air).
• Safety Knowledge: Deep understanding of Occupational Safety and Health regulations, including HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) requirements.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, team management, decision-making, planning, and communication skills.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
