• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance field work in a manufacturing plant.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Must have knowledge in lubrication, bearing technology, hydraulic systems, and cement manufacturing process.
• Proficient in MS Office, Technical Writing, and Technical Presentation. SAP knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develops mechanical maintenance plans and programs to ensure continuous operation and equipment availability.
• Plans, schedules and coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance work orders including 3rd party services.
• Provides the mechanical maintenance group with detailed job plans, including technical specifications, machinery history, parts and tools lists, and safety procedures.
• Supports the Reliability Engineer in analysis of repetitive problems and corrective reviews.
• Assists in annual budget preparation, monitoring and cost control.
• Monitor spare parts and optimize inventory levels.
• Continuously improves planning processes to boost performance.
• Complies with Health & Safety and Environmental rules and regulations.

• Develops mechanical maintenance plans and programs of assigned/focus areas to ensure continuous operation and achieve equipment availability goals.


• Plans and schedules and coordinates all preventive and corrective maintenance work orders including 3rd party services.


• Provides the mechanical maintenance group with detailed job plans, including technical specifications, machinery history, parts and tools lists, and safety procedures in a very organized fashion


• Supports the Reliability Engineer in the identification, analysis and reviews of repetitive problems with those responsible for corrections.


• Assists the Preventive Maintenance Manager with the preparation of the annual budget, monitoring and cost control.


• Monitor spare parts and optimize inventory level.


• Continuously embarks on planning process development efforts to improve performance.


• Complies with Health & Safety Rules and Expectations and Environmental Rules and Regulations.

Requirements:

• Must be a college graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering.


• Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer.


• Must have a minimum of five (5) years experience in maintenance field work in a manufacturing plant.


• Must have a minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience.


• Must have knowledge in lubrication, including bearing technology, hydraulic system, troubleshooting of mechanical-related problems, and cement manufacturing process.


• Proficient in MS Office, Technical Writing, and Technical Presentation. SAP knowledge is an advantage.
