The role covers talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, payroll administration, and organizational development, with travel to partner facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, law, business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in manufacturing or related environments.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance.
• Experience with recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and development.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor regulations and statutory requirements.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and investigations.
• Lead performance management, training, and organizational development.
• Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits processing.
• Monitor HR metrics and propose productivity improvements.
• Collaborate with site leaders and external partners across locations.
• Travel to external sites as required.
