MatchaTalent is seeking an HR Manager to lead all HR functions for our Pangasinan operation in the Philippines. The role partners with site leadership to drive HR strategy, recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and organizational development while ensuring full compliance with local labor regulations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HR management experience in manufacturing or agribusiness environments, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with HRIS and MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in manufacturing/agriculture/industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance.
• Experience with recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy and oversee full employee lifecycle for Pangasinan operations.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor regulations and employment standards.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning across sites.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and HR operations.
• Drive performance management, talent development, and ER/IR initiatives.
