Job summary

Lanco Nutritech Corporation in Padre Garcia, Batangas, is seeking a Plant HR and Talent Acquisition Officer on a full-time basis to lead recruitment and HR operations in our feed mill. You will design recruitment strategies, manage end-to-end hiring, build a talent pipeline, and collaborate with leaders to align staffing with business goals while ensuring compliance and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Psychology.
• 2–3 years HR/recruitment experience in corporate or manufacturing.
• Proven to recruit across diverse roles and departments.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and recruitment methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with HRIS/ATS and MS Office (Excel/Word).
• Able to maintain confidentiality and work independently.

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Plant HR and Talent Acquisition Officer to join Lanco Nutritech Corporation on a full-time basis in Padre Garcia, Batangas. This is a pivotal role within our Human Resources department that combines strategic talent acquisition with core Feed Mill HR operations. You will be instrumental in building and nurturing our workforce, ensuring we attract, recruit, and retain the exceptional talent needed to drive our business forward.

What you\'ll be doing

1. Developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for various positions across the organisation

2. Full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, reference checks and onboarding processes

3. Building and maintaining a talent pipeline of potential candidates for current and future organisational needs

4. Conducting skills assessments and competency evaluations to ensure candidate suitability for specific roles

5. Collaborating with department heads and senior management to understand staffing requirements and role specifications

6. Administering HR policies, procedures and employee relations matters to ensure compliance and consistency across the organisation

7. Supporting employee engagement initiatives, including orientation programmes, training and development activities

8. Maintaining accurate HR records and recruitment databases, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations

9. Assisting with performance management processes and employee development planning

10. Coordinating with external recruitment partners, LGUs, TESDA, and employment agencies as required

What we\'re looking for

1. Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline

2. Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in HR and recruitment, preferably in a similar role within a corporate or manufacturing environment

3. Proven track record of successfully recruiting and placing candidates across diverse roles and departments

4. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law and recruitment methodologies

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, employees and senior leadership

6. Proficiency in HR information systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

7. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word

8. Strong organisational and time management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously

9. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

10. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality in sensitive HR matters

11. Familiarity with the poultry or feed mill industries is advantageous
