Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock on-hand levels across all warehouse locations.
• Monitor inventory requirements and other customers to ensure product availability.
• Coordinate with Sales & Warehouse on replenishments and stock movements.
• Prepare inventory projections and stock forecasts.
• Review inventory projections and customer requirements to facilitate production orders.
• Prepare and issue production job orders.
• Monitor WIP and raw material inventory levels.
• Establish and communicate production priorities and schedules.
• Monitor production activities to ensure adherence to schedules and completion targets.
• Perform production planning to optimize material and resource utilization.

• Bachelor's degree in any four-year course related to Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Knowledgeable in ERP systems supporting inventory, manufacturing planning, procurement, and supply chain management.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Warehouse and Inventory Management

• Monitor stock on-hand levels across all warehouse locations

• Monitor inventory requirements and other customers to ensure product availability

• Coordinate with relevant departments regarding replenishments requirements and stock movements (Sales Department & Warehouse)

Production Planning

• Prepare inventory projection and stock forecast

• Review inventory projections and customer requirements to facilitate the preparation of production job orders

• Prepare and issue production job orders

• Monitor Work-in-process (WIP) and raw material inventory level

• Establish and communicate production priorities and schedules

• Monitor production activities to ensure adherence to schedules and completion targets

• Perform production planning to ensure efficient utilization of materials and resources
