Job summary

Bullseye Group of Companies in Metro Manila is seeking an Inventory Planner to support production planning and inventory control in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role focuses on monitoring stock levels, coordinating with production and purchasing, and ensuring material availability to meet production schedules in Santolan, Pasig City. The ideal candidate has a degree in a related field and strong Excel/Data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferably with experience in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management and production planning processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and monitoring production plans and schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure material availability.
• Track material consumption, stock movements, and production requirements.
• Identify potential inventory shortages, excess stocks, and discrepancies.
• Prepare inventory and production reports and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor production progress and update schedules as needed.
• Assist in inventory reconciliation and physical stock counts.
• Ensure timely replenishment of materials based on production requirements.
• Support inventory control initiatives and process improvements.
• Maintain proper documentation related to production planning and inventory transactions.
