Supervise the Production Control team and ensure efficient execution of production planning activities.
Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality Assurance, and Sales to ensure smooth production flow.
Monitor material availability, production capacity, and inventory levels to prevent production interruptions.
Analyze production performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
Ensure production schedules are updated and adjusted based on customer demand, equipment capacity, and material availability.
Prepare production reports, KPIs, and performance analyses for management review.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production planning, inventory control, and resource utilization.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.
Mentor, train, and evaluate team members to enhance productivity and professional development.
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in production planning, production control, or manufacturing operations.
Strong production planning and scheduling capabilities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
