Job summary

Tosoh Polyvin Corporation seeks a logistics staff to coordinate deliveries of finished goods for local and export shipments. You will liaise with forwarders and truckers, prepare shipping documents, and ensure timely and accurate documentation.

The role involves monitoring shipments, preparing receiving documents, and supporting gate pass processing, with duties assigned by the supervisor as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics coordination and shipment handling.
• Familiar with forwarding/ trucking coordination and shipping documentation.

Responsibilities

• Arrange deliveries of finished goods for local and export shipments.
• Coordinate with forwarders and truckers; ensure accurate preparation of delivery/shipping documents.
• Prepare shipping documents.
• Request shipping schedules from forwarders aligned with customer requirements.
• Process Gate Pass for delivery of goods in advance.
• Monitor shipments through close coordination with forwarders; update departments on status and delays or abnormalities.
• Prepare and issue receiving documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job description

• Responsible for arranging the deliveries of finished goods for both local and export shipments.

• Coordinating and/or arranging with forwarders and trucker, as well as insuring the accurate preparation of delivery/shipping documents.

• Preparation of shipping documents.

• Request shipping schedules from forwarders aligned with customer requirement.

• Advance processing of Gate Pass for delivery of goods

• Monitors shipments thru close coordination with forwarders and updates the concerned departments the status of shipment, including any delays and/or abnormalities.

• Preparation and issuance of receiving documents.

• Performs other job that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
