Job summary

Sunbo Logistics Philippines, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented logistics specialist to manage and arrange shipments of products, materials, and supplies from our Batangas City operations.

You will coordinate with shipping lines, brokers, forwarders, truckers, vendors, and customers to ensure timely, accurate delivery. This role requires strong English communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration or Business Management.
• Strong English communication skills (oral and written).
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying errors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and arrange the shipment of products, materials, and supplies.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, brokers, forwarders, truckers, vendors, customers, and others involved in the shipment process.
• Track and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain all shipment record summaries and keep them updated.
• Vessel booking and monitoring, SI submission, and rate acquisition.
• Permit declaration and documentation.
• Provide additional backup support for shipping and logistics operation departments.

About you
