Job summary

Manulife Manila is seeking a client-focused professional to lead relationship management, project coordination, and client education for retirement and financial services programs.

You will build relationships with clients, TPAs, financial representatives, and internal partners, manage implementation schedules, and ensure timely delivery, including payroll integration and plan configuration. Strong communication and cross-team collaboration are essential in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or project management.
• Strong relationship-building and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, TPAs, financial representatives, and internal partners.
• Lead meetings, coordinate follow-up actions, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Manage expectations, timelines, and project milestones.
• Proactively identify and escalate issues when needed.
• Develop and manage implementation schedules and coordinate plan setup.
• Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time; remove roadblocks.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records.
• Educate clients and partners on products, services, and processes.
