Job summary

Manulife Manila seeks a Client Relationship / Project Manager to serve as the primary contact for clients during plan implementation. You will build strong client relationships, coordinate with TPAs and internal partners, lead meetings, and manage timelines to ensure successful plan setup and handoff to service teams.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or project management.
• Strong relationship-building and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate across multiple teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for clients during plan implementation.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, TPAs, financial representatives, and internal partners.
• Lead meetings, coordinate follow-up actions, and track milestones.
• Develop and manage implementation schedules, including payroll integration and plan features.
• Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Educate clients on Manulife products, services, and processes.
• Coordinate onboarding communications and maintain project records.
• Support handoff to ongoing service teams after implementation.
