The Pizzaiolo operates the pizza station and oven during service and is responsible for stretching dough, assembling pizzas according to recipe standards, and managing the baking process. This role also includes preparing pizza toppings, organizing the pizza station, and maintaining proper dough handling procedures to protect fermentation quality.

Pizza Preparation

The Pizzaiolo is responsible for preparing pizzas according to Bubba’s recipe standards and build specifications.

Oven Operation

The Pizzaiolo is responsible for operating the pizza oven during service.

Dough Handling

The Pizzaiolo must handle fermented dough carefully to maintain product quality.

Ingredient Preparation

Before service, the Pizzaiolo may assist in preparing pizza ingredients required for the pizza station.

Station Organization

The Pizzaiolo is responsible for maintaining an organized pizza station during service.

Kitchen Communication

The Pizzaiolo must maintain clear communication with the kitchen team during service.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES & OPERATIONAL FLEXIBILITY
