The role requires 3–5 years in professional pizza production with 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity, and strong knowledge of HACCP, inventory management, and cost control. Work shifts, weekends, and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related culinary program; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in professional pizza production, preferably with 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
• Proven expertise in pizza dough preparation, fermentation, hand-stretching, sauce preparation, topping, and baking techniques.
• Strong knowledge of different pizza styles, dough hydration, fermentation, oven management, and baking temperatures.
• Experienced in operating deck, gas, wood-fired, or other commercial pizza ovens.
• Able to maintain consistent taste, texture, portioning, appearance, and product quality.
• Knowledgeable in recipe development, menu creation, costing, portion control, and food cost management.
• Skilled in inventory management, ordering, receiving, storage, and minimizing food waste.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, supervise, and motivate pizza cooks and kitchen staff.
• Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, sanitation, and proper kitchen hygiene procedures.
• Excellent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and peak operations.
